To use Palo Santo wood stick correctly, follow these steps:

Hold a stick over an open flame (lighter, candle or match) on one side to light the Palo Santo. Hold it slightly downwards with the tip facing the flame. Let it burn for about 30 seconds to a minute. Turn the stick slowly back and forth, as Palo Santo is a dense wood and needs some time to catch fire. When it smolders, wave the stick back and forth quickly so that the fire goes out.

Space cleansing: Expel the smoke in the room so that the wonderful smell is emitted everywhere. Wave the stick in every direction to create a calming atmosphere.
Energetic cleansing: Let the soft smoke drift over your body or the objects to be cleansed. This creates a spiritual cleansing and spreads the soothing scent of Palo Santo.
